Rates & Pricing

All projects are quoted individually based on scope and value—not hourly rates. After an initial briefing, I’ll send a tailored quote. If the brief changes, the rate may be adjusted accordingly.

For ongoing or long-term work, I’m open to setting up a retainer—let’s discuss terms that work for both sides.

What’s included in my rates

• Reviewing your brief & researching the project
• Brainstorming, sketching & building mood boards
• Developing and refining design concepts
• Preparing polished visuals for presentation
• Presenting and discussing concepts with you
• Revisions based on your feedback
• Finalising deliverables for hand-off
• When needed: sourcing supplier quotes or managing small details

Timeline & Availability

I usually require a 3-week lead time before starting new projects.

Need something sooner? A priority fee may apply for tight deadlines.

Studio hours

Monday–Friday: 9:00–15:00 (GMT+2)

After hours, I respond if and when I can.

Closed on weekends and public holidays.

You’ll always be informed in advance if I’m unavailable during a project.
